Upon attending the workshop you will have a comprehensive understanding of Singapore’s key legislation and most important employment statue law – The Employment Act which is the basic labour law governing employment relations in Singapore. Besides that it covers essential knowledge of The Company Act.

An up to date knowledge of The Employment Act will ensure that your organisation stays compliant to the changes in the Employment as the workshop will touch on government changes from 2017 on the act and numerous discussion which will take you through anticipated and contentious situational issues and provide useful inputs for your organisational HR and IR practices.

Inline with ACRA’s motive to ensure operating companies to be more transparent and reduce the chances of owners using their company for illegal activities.
