Ms Jean Keow, a certified Professional Management Consultant (PMC Certificate Registration Number -10652) has more than 30 years work experience in international companies like Procter & Gamble, American Express, Diethlem & Sime Darby spanning across industries from building to Financial Services to FMCG. Over the past 4 years Jean has provided consultancy services to assist local SMEs in Retail, Manufacturing & Technology in Business Transformation leveraging on her international network to help SMEs expand abroad and build scale.
Jean has also assisted companies to kickstart their E-Commerce Business with government grants as first step to going abroad and utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management), digitalization and productivity measurement tools for building knowledge on changing trends. She is also dedicated to serve clients better through access into government incentive schemes via Spring Singapore and IE Singapore. WDA certified trainer with Advanced Certification in Training & Assessment (ACTA) qualifications.
